International Master of Engineering Programme in Paper Technology
at Munich University of Applied Sciences
The Department of Paper Science and Technology at Munich University of
Applied Sciences offers a new international Master Programme in Paper
Technology since summer 2004. The programme starts from B.Sc. level and
leads to the Master of Engineering within 1-2 years (part time: 2-4 years)
depending on starting level and knowledge. All lectures in major subjects
are given in English making it especially suitable for foreign students.
Students will get up-to-date know-how in all relevant areas of paper making
and deep inside in subjects like minerals and coating or process control
and automation in paper technology. Besides they may choose between optional
subjects like clothing, machine dynamics, project management, specialty
papers, international patent law and intellectual property and others.
The laboratories are well equipped with latest technology and teaching
will take part in small groups.
